If your massage gun suffers a manufacturing fault that is not due to user error or misuse within 12 months of purchase, the purchaser may send it back for a repair or replacement, no questions asked.

AerosCare™ is an additional extended warranty available on top of our standard 12 month/365-day manufacturer’s warranty.

AerosCareâ„¢ is valid for 2 years /24 months from the date of purchase to give you peace of mind knowing you are covered for years to come.

This will vary greatly by location, but we ship all Australian orders using Australia Post Express Post with the estimated time of delivery being 1-5 business days.

All orders from Aeros Recovery are sent via a traceable method, upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number. For all Australian orders, you may use the tracking number emailed to you to track your order on the Australia Post website.

We have tried many carriers in the past, but in the interest of reliability and speed we have settled on Australia Post Express Post to ship all orders to Australia.

Because we choose to ship all Australian orders with Express Post, we have noticed little to no change in shipping times due to COVID-19.

Using The Massage Gun

Here are some basic tips to get the most out of your Aeros Massage Gun, whether you’re treating others or yourself:

1. Before placing the Aeros Massage Gun on your body, turn it on. 

2. Use the + and - buttons to toggle the treatment speed depending on how sensitive or sore the area.

3. Simply ‘glide’ the Aeros Massage Gun on the muscles that need the most attention, for muscle activation, recovery and tension relief.

The Aeros Massage Gun is designed to do the work for you. Slowly float the Massage Gun up and down the muscle, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed. 

Relax and don’t forget to breathe! It feels amazing!

This will depend on what you are trying to achieve. However, we recommend using the massage gun for a minimum of 20 seconds and a maximum of 3 minutes per muscle group. We recommend you do not exceed 20 minutes for a full-body session. You may treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
